  • Digital goods
    All items purchased through our store are digital, non-physical products. No tangible goods are shipped.

  • Non-refundable purchases
    All payments are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment you agree to receive the digital items immediately and waive your right to a refund.

  • Chargebacks and disputes
    Opening a payment dispute or chargeback may result in the automatic removal of your purchased items and potential restriction from our services.

  • Delivery time
    Most purchases are credited within 1–20 minutes. If you do not receive your purchase after this time, please contact us via our support Discord with proof of payment.

  • Server access not guaranteed
    Purchasing an item does not grant exemption from server rules. You can still be punished or banned for breaking rules, and no refunds will be granted in those cases.

  • Requirement of account ownership
    You must own the Minecraft account used to make the purchase. We are not responsible for purchases made on the wrong account.

  • Age requirement
    If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase.

  • Non-transferable items
    All products are non-transferable between accounts, servers, or platforms once delivered.

  • Fraudulent payments
    Fraudulent activity (stolen cards, unauthorized use, etc.) will result in the removal of items and possible reporting to payment processors.

  • Product changes
    We reserve the right to modify, disable, or remove perks or packages at any time for balancing, technical, or administrative reasons.

  • No affiliation statement
    This store is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Minecraft. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

  • Server downtime
    Purchases are not refundable due to server maintenance, downtime, resets, or technical issues.

  • Tax and currency
    Prices may be shown in different currencies and may be subject to taxes or payment processing fees depending on your region.

  • Support
    If you need help with a purchase, please open a support ticket on our Discord. We do not provide support through payment processors.
